Is this Diddy Checking Justin Bieber For a Wire?

Diddy paled around with Justin Bieber when The Biebs was a young teen.

By the time Bieber was 15, he seemed weary of hanging out with the disgraced mogul, stuttering and stammering when Puff asked him why he no longer returned his calls.

When they ran into each other a few years ago, The Diddler had a strange fixation on Bieber's chest.

While it isn't clear what's going on, one interpretation is that Puff is checking the Canadian singer for a wire.  (Another is that he's reminding him of the industry rituals they performed on him.)

As of now, the feds are certainly looking into Diddy for sex trafficking and other crimes.

We wonder if they are talking to Bieber.
