Is This DaBaby's Response to Barely Selling Any Tickets to New Orleans Concert?

by HHL JT

DaBaby was supposed to headline a show on Friday at New Orleans 14,000-seat Smoothie King Center.

Nola reported it was canceled earlier this week after only 500 seats were sold.

Greg Pulver, who promoted the event, pushed back on the narrative it has been canceled.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, our intentions and actions have been to work with the Smoothie King Center and artist management to postpone this event. We are in the process of working with all parties involved to announce future dates and times," he said.

Pulver did acknowledge the paucity of seats sold.  He blamed lack of interest on having an EDM act opening for DaBaby, which he believes confused people.  He also thinks DaBaby's anti-gay remarks last year have hurt his popularity.

As for DaBaby ... he may have responded with this short video, uncaptioned video.
