Is Beanie Sigel hanging up his mic for good? According to the R&B singer and Washington DC radio host Lil' Mo he is.
Mo said that Beans reached out to her husband recently by text and said he was serious about leaving the game.
"Everybody thinks I'm playing, and a lot of people are hurt behind it," Mo claimed Beanie wrote. "He's like, he doesn't mean to hurt anybody, but at the end of the day he said 'Maybe it's a God thing. Maybe it's an inner thing.'"Lil Mo also said she was disappointed that Beans' career didn't take off again after he mended things with Jay Z in the spring of 2015.
"I thought after he performed with Jay, when they had the big Tidal concert, it would sort of like be crazy after that, [but] he doesn't feel like it anymore," she said. "A lot of people are speculating maybe, because he feels that he doesn't have the same drive as he does ... like he did in those Roc-A-Fella days."So far, Beanie hasn't confirmed any of this on social media or anywhere else.
