Indictiment: Bobby Shmurda Shot Rival Gang Member And Took A Shot At His Brother

by HHL Editors

The 69 count indictment against Bobby Shmurda (Ackquille Pollard) and 14 other members of the GS9 crew is now online. You can check it out below. Since it's a 63 page document, we'll give you a few quick (low)lights first.

Shmurda faces 8 counts, including charges of conspiracy to commit 2nd degree murder, conspiracy to commit 2nd degree assault and weapons and narcotics charges. A good chunk of the charges brought against both Shmurda and his crew stem from a wiretap that was put on crew member Slice (Devon Rodney's) phone. This happened almost two years ago, and many of the charges come from well before we'd heard of Shmurda or 'Hot Nigga.'

According to the indictment, in May of 2013 Shmurda was recorded bragging about shooting a rival gang member.

Throughout the indictment Shmurda talks about the sale of drugs.

Then, in June of 2014, Shmurda got into argument with his brother Javase Pollard and took a shot in his direction, destroying a barber shop window. We believe this is the brother who notoriously had Shmurda selling crack in the fifth grade.

Shmurda is still being held on $2 million bail. His lawyer says the charges are bogus, trumped up because the "government hates rap." Read on for the full indictment.
