In July, Christine Chisholm filed a $5 million lawsuit against 2 Chainz because of a humiliating video he posted to his blog last year.

In the clip, Chisholm comes backstage after a 2 Chainz show.  Her name is mocked by 2 Chainz and his crew, and she is eventually tossed out. The hashtag #isthisyothot is flashed on the screen during the video:

In a court filing yesterday, Chisholm amended her libel and defamation case against the rapper to allege that 2 Chainz hired a hitman to kill her after he found out about the lawsuit.

Chisholm claims last month 2 Chainz came to her hometown of Charlotte, N.C.to ask people her whereabouts. Not long after that, she says she was struck by a black Mercedes that had been following her while she was jogging. She suffered an injured arm and sore body in the hit and run incident.

Additionally, she claims the 2 Chainz track 'Watch Out' constitutes a threat against her because of lyrics like "We waving that thing at your body/We waving that thing at your eye," and "Watch out little bitch," and "Shawty said she want $5 million cause I told her to leave and call her a thot."

2 Chainz's lawyers have yet to comment on this latest legal twist.
