'Hit The Quan' rapper iHeartMemphis's career is in jeopardy just as it begins.
The Memphis emcee scored one of the surprise hits of the summer with the song that references Rich Homie Quan.
But iHeart (Richard Colbert) is facing charges that he and another man raped a woman back in May. Speaking to WREG Memphis, Colbert denied that he was involved with the crime, saying that the woman is lying
"No I did not," when asked if he committed the crime. "I was at the wrong place, wrong time, and my name got caught up in something."He'll have to repeat that under oath on September 9th when he and his co-defendant are expected to in court. Police are also seeking a woman between the age of 18 and 23 in the attack.
