Fredo Santana is dead at age 27.
The Chicago rapper reportedly suffered a seizure last night and was found on the floor of his LA home by his girlfriend.
Last year, Fredo suffered liver and kidney failure. Afterward, he admitted drugs had wrecked his body and said he was getting help with his addictions.
Here's how Hip Hop is reacting to his passing:

Fredo broke out in 2012 as part of the first wave of Chicago's drill rappers. He dropped nine mixtapes, including the It's a Scary Site and Fredo Kruger series. He had one studio album, his 2014 debut Trappin Ain't Dead. He leaves behind an eight-month-old son.
