In 2019, Hasbro, a toy company, bought Death Row's catalog as part of a much larger deal with Entertainment One.
Entertainment One had bought the catalog in 2013 for $280 million.
Now Hasbro is selling Death Row and all of their music holdings, including Death Row, to investment behemoth Blackstone for $385 million.
In addition to the house that Suge and Pac built, Hasbro flipped the rights to music by The Game, Brandy, Chuck Berry, En Vogue, Ghostface Killah, RZA, and more to Blackstone.
