Last month we learned that Gunna, who was arrested along with Young Thug and about a dozen other YSLs on RICO charges this summer, has been dropped from any violent acts in the original indictment.
He has also yet to be named by a single witness.
Despite that, he keeps getting turned down for bond.
The latest rejection came this week.
Gunna's legal team argued that their man is no danger to anyone. However, the judge rejected that stating “I still have the same concerns that have not been otherwise alleviated.”
Prosecutors have said the YSLs can't get bail because they are threats to witnesses.
To make matters worse for Gunna, the DA has motioned to move his trial from January to March, meaning more time in jail without bail.
