Gunna Denies Snitching To Get Plea Deal; Paperwork Says He Can Be Called Testify

by HHL JT

Gunna waked out of jail today after pleading guilty to charges of racketeering and conspiracy.

He got a five-year sentence. However, he escaped with time served when four years were suspended and five months commuted.

Gunna insists he didn't snitch on Young Thug, or any of the other YSLs who are still facing charges, to get the deal.

"While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way," Wunna said in a statement.

While that may be true, Gunna could be required to testify per the terms of the plea.  He also admitted that YSL is a criminal gang.

If Gunna is called to testify he would be able to plead The Fifth.
