Bobby Shmurda is still in jail, contrary to any rumors otherwise. And he hasn't been killed or injured in a prison fight, contrary to any rumors otherwise.

This according to Shmurda's lawyer Howard Greenberg, who just spoke to Revolt about his 20-year client.

Greenberg saw the 'Hot Nigga' star on Tuesday, and says he looks "fantastic." The attorney also announced some good news for Shmurda:  Gun charges related to an incident in which Shmurda allegedly shot up a barber shop window, and another in which he was allegedly in possession of two firearms, are expected to be dismissed by the Brooklyn DA.

Shmurda still faces a litany of charges in Manhattan -- including conspiracy to commit second degree murder. So he is far from out of the woods.

Still, Greenberg was celebrating the win. "Brooklyn is done and now it’s on to Manhattan," he told Revolt. "We need to teach these adversaries a lesson.”
