Gucci Mane Is Being Accused Of Breaking His Promise To Pay For Big Scarr's Funeral

by Daryl Nelson

We shared the sad news last month that Memphis rapper Big Scarr, who was signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Records, passed away at age 22. Later it was reported that he overdosed on prescription drugs

So far, there are some people close to Scarr who claim that Gucci promised to pay for his funeral but Scarr's friend, Quezz Ruthless, said it didn't happen, and he blasted the Trap House creator.

“You say to them you finna pay for the funeral, then you lie,” said Quezz. “You didn’t have to lie. You ain’t have to go ghost either. It was gonna get paid for either way. You could’ve just said you ain’t have the money. You don’t get no type of respect for that, cuh ... The minute that them folks called your phone to see if you gon’ pay for the funeral, you blocked them. That’s not real. You ain’t straight. You only trying to act all real."

Scarr's friend also said that Gucci wanted his 1017 chains backs after the 22 year old's death.

"You not getting them chains,"Quezz promised. "You ain’t even text and check on the family, but you text about some chains. You better not come trying to get these chains. We gon’ have a real problem ... You knew not to show up at that funeral ... Even if you would came, you were gonna get stomped at the door."

No word from Gucci on this yet.
