The Game's Response To Execution Of NYPD Officers Sparks Controversy

by HHL Editors

The Game didn't hold back on Instagram after he learned that two cops had been shot dead in Brooklyn by Ismaaiyl Brinsley, a 28-year old who had used social media to state his intention to kill police in retaliation for the deaths Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

The former G-Unit member responded to the murders of officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos by posting the caption "I guess y'all 'can't breathe' either #RIPEricGarner #AllLivesMatter #ShitHasToChange #Now."

This has obviously upset a lot of people. While The Game hasn't backed down from his remarks, he did clarify them a bit, explaining his comment was in reaction to a well-circulated photo of three cops wearing "I Can Breathe" T-shirts at an Eric Garner counter-protest in New York. What do you think? Was The Game over the line?
