Earlier this year, G Herbo pleaded guilty to federal charges of running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme to finance the purchase of luxury goods.
He will likely get three years when sentenced.
But that won't be for a little while more.
His sentencing has been pushed back to January 11.
That allows Herbo to enjoy the holidays and perhaps do more angry speed dating.
