French Montana Says There Are Only Two Rappers Who Are Out of His Verzuz' League

by HHL JT

French Montana invited the ire of everyone when he claimed that he would best Kendrick Lamar in a Verzuz battle because he has more hits.

He expanded upon that flex in an interview with DJ E Rock, claiming that he only really has two peers who are out of his Verzuz' league. [Jump to 12 minutes.]

"I feel like I could go against anybody," French explained. "I know Drake probably got me. JAY-Z got me. But besides that, it's whatever. It's open game. Of course, there's people like Snoop when his thing bang, it's like Dr. Dre and all that respect to him."

French isn't necessarily saying he would win, he's just saying he's worthy competition.

"You can put me against anybody. If I take the L, I take the L," he continued. "I'm not scared to lose. This is about me believing in myself."

Should he believe in himself like that?
