The Harlem spitter received a 75-year prison sentence in 2009 after being hit with conspiracy charges related to kidnapping, robbery, aggravated assault, and felony murder. The charges came after Max was accused of robbing two men with others in a New Jersey Holiday Inn in 2006.

Do you think Max is really coming home in April?
