50 Cent has a history of picking on poor French Montana.
In fact, there were rumors he once flat-out punched French in the face.
French and 50 Cent are on good terms for now.
French recently did Math Hoffa's show and he explained how 50 Cent bullies other rappers as a marketing technique.
“50 was picking on n*ggas to pick on n*ggas,” French explained. “At one point, he was the biggest genius in the music industry. He would just pick on you and drop a mixtape. Pick on you and drop an album. “He kinda created that marketing scheme for a lot of artists to use. I mean, people did it before him, but he became the mastermind. He became the warlord of that. He would do that. He would capitalize on it. That’s definitely a blueprint for a lot of n*ggas to learn.”
