Freddie Gibbs talked cocaine with Joe Rogan and the comedian Moses on Rogan's podcast.

During the discussion, Moses said that one of the reasons they passed laws that gave larger sentences to crimes with crack than powder cocaine is because .22 caliber bullets, which cops use, couldn't bring down crackheads.

Gibbs co-signed that with a personal anecdote.
