Freddie Gibbs' career keeps ascending. Last year Bandana, his brilliant album with Madlib, garnered critical acclaim.

Freddie got more accolades this year with Alfredo, an LP produced entirely by The Alchemist.

Alfredo was nominated for Best Rap Album at the Grammys on Tuesday, Nov. 24. Freddie celebrated on Twitter. He also brought up his gang affiliation.
