Tonight, while most may be tuned in to the VMA's, Frank Ocean comes out of nowhere with some brand new music.
Frank was supposed to go live with episode 007 of his "Blonded RADIO" show on Saturday, but it ended up being cancelled.
Perhaps, this release is his way of making up for the delays.
