Footage Shows Gunfire At The T.I. Concert Last Night [VIDEO]

by HHL Editors

Last night, gunfire broke out backstage right before T.I.'s set at New York's Irving Plaza.

Four people were shot, with one fatality -- Troy Ave's bodyguard Ronald (BSB Banga) McPhatter. Troy had his leg grazed and is expected to recover.

Maino and Uncle Murda were on stage at the time of the shooting and the police are investigating whether a dispute between the crews of Maino and Troy Ave sparked the incident.

New York Police Department Commissioner Bill Bratton kicked up some controversy this morning by labeling rappers "thugs" when addressing the incident.

“The crazy world of the so-called rap artists who are basically thugs that basically celebrate the violence they live all their lives and, unfortunately, that violence often manifests itself during the performances and that’s exactly what happened last evening,” Bratton said during a radio interview this morning on WCBS 880.

Update: Maino denies he had anything to do with the shooting:

TMZ and others have obtained footage of the shooting. Check it out:
