Flavor Flav has his own legal problems to deal with.
The Public Enemy hype man was just formally charged with driving under the influence of cocaine, speeding and having an open container of alcohol in an incident that happened back in May.
But he's still thinking of Bobby Shmurda, who is in much more trouble with the law.
Yesterday, the person running the 'Hot Nigga' star's IG account posted a video of Flav waving around cash and saying he would pay Shmurda's bail, which is set at $2 million.
"Ay yo, Shmurda, we coming to get you out, baby," Flav says in the clip. "We in the bank right now. We got dough. We coming to get you Shmurda. Shmurda was the case that they gave me."Since it's Flav, we have no idea if he's being serious. But something does tell us Bobby is going to still be locked up when he finally goes to trial in October.
