Fivio Foreign Pleads Guilty To Making Terroristic Threats

Fivio Foreign has been in jail for all of 2025. 

He was arrested on January 18, after being accused of pointing a gun at a woman in Edgewater, NJ, on New Year's Day when she asked him to jump-start her vehicle.

TMZ reported that he recently pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats in the 3rd degree and will be sentenced in August.

His lawyer, Adam Lustberg, said he hopes the rapper gets released on time served and placed on probation.

Fivio was initially charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, and possession of a weapon. It's said that he was upset at the woman for parking in a certain area.

"If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f*cking problem," he reportedly told the woman while pointing a gun.

Fivio was arrested after police saw surveillance footage of the incident.
