Trinidad James caught the attention of Fivio Foreign for saying that he popularized the term 'viral' many years ago.

The "All Gold Everything" rapper made the claim during an interview on Drink Champs last year but it looks like Fivio just caught wind of it.

"Trinidad James musta lost his f*ccin mind talkin he started da word Viral," wrote Fivio on social media.

So far, Trinidad hasn't responded to Fivio but Soulja Boy did after DJ Akademiks posted about the whole thing.

"I was the first rapper to go viral," wrote Soulja, which shouldn't be surprising since he always claims to be the first rapper to do something. "I went viral before 'viral' was a word."

Would you give credit to Trinidad for popularizing the term "viral?"
