Fivio Foreign was arrested in New Jersey Saturday for simple assault and knowingly causing bodily harm.  When the news broke, we didn't know what had happened beyond him being arrested.

We now have more details of the incident, and it's pretty ugly stuff.

The 30-year-old Brooklyn rapper stands accused of assaulting his 24-year-old pregnant girlfriend in a luxury highrise condo in Edgewater. 

Because of the nature of the crime, Fivio is being held without bond and at the Bergen County jail, instead of being released under New Jersey's 2017 bail reform law.

No word on when he will next be in court.
