Future, Wiz Khalifa and Young Thug all released unconventional commercial projects Friday.
Future's Evol premiered on DJ Khaled's radio show; Wiz's Khalifa was originally a mixtape; and Thugger's I'm Up appeared to be a completely different project until the last moment.
We now have the first projections for all three. According to Hits Daily Double:
Future: 145-150k sales plus steaming Wiz Khalifa: 55-60k SPS Young Thug: 17-20k SPS
That's another strong showing for Mr. Hendrix. Not so much for Wiz and Young Thug -- who still hasn't proven he can actually sell music.
Have you heard any of the albums? If so, what did you think?
