Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR's joint album $ome $exy $ongs 4 U is projected to do 250K in its first week, according to HitsDailyDouble.

It will finish an easy number one for the week.

That's a pretty big drop from the first weeks of Drake's last two joint albums.  His If You're Reading This It's Too Late tape with Future did 535K in 2015, and his 21 savage collab Her Loss did 404K in 2022.

That being said, Future and Savage are much bigger acts than PND, who was listed as the main artist on the project.  Additionally, the album is getting a lot more traction on Apple Music than it is on Spotify -- the platform Drake is currently suing for defamation.

Kendrick Lamar's last album, GNX, did 319K first week in November.

Is this a W or L for Drake?
