As previously reported, Famous Dex was sentenced to 364 days in jail on domestic violence and gun charges earlier this month, but he's already been released.
DJ Akademiks says that Dex was let out on Friday, September 10, after spending just nine days of his nearly one year sentence behind bars.
Besides being charged with domestic violence and weapon possession, some of the other charges Dex was hit with include inflicting bodily injury, dissuading a victim from reporting a crime, and defacing property.
He's also had a longtime drug problem and hasn't seemed to get himself clean despite going to rehab last year.
Dex hasn't mentioned anything about being released yet and he's keeping a low social media profile, which is probably smart.
