Alberto "Alpo" Martinez, who Cam'ron's Rico character in Paid In Full was based, got 35 years in 1991 after striking a deal on 14 counts of murder.

He was released and allegedly placed in the witness protection program in 2015. 

Alpo's been showing his face lately. His latest sighting is in a photo actor and comedian Faizon Love posted (and deleted) from his social media.

Faizon captioned the shot "Y’all not ready for Alpo and Faizon ...oh sh*t," suggesting that Alpo and Love may have some sort of entertainment project coming.
