Billboard's Greatest All Time series isn't just about getting a couple writers together and drawing up highly controversial lists.

They've also been asking artists to make their own rankings.

NYC emcee Fabolous was queried on the who were the top five all time from his city.

It didn't take him long to knock out his top three -- Biggie, Hov and Nas, in that order.

Then he thought about it a bit and named Big Daddy Kane and Rakim four and five.
