Eric Reid Calls Soon-to-Be NFL Owner JAY-Z "Despicable"

by HHL JT

Colin Kaepernick still hasn't said a word about JAY-Z's new partnership with the NFL, which includes Hov's co-ownership of an undisclosed team.

But his girlfriend Nessa made it clear JAY didn't consult with Kaep -- as Hov claimed he did -- before announcing the deal. and criticized JAY for turning his back on Kaep's cause.

Now Eric Reid, the current NFL player most associated with anthem kneeling, has sounded off on JAY-Z moving into team ownership.

“Jay-Z claimed to be a supporter of Colin … and now he’s going to be a part owner. … It’s kind of despicable.”

"JAY-Z claimed to be a supporter of Colin," the Panthers DB told ESPN. "Wore his jersey. Told people not perform at the Super Bowl because of the treatment that the NFL did to Colin and now he's going to be a part-owner. It’s kind of despicable."
