Eric Holder Gets Nipsey Hussle Murder Trial Delayed By Going On Strike

by HHL JT

Eric Holder, who shot Nipsey Hussle to death in front of Nip's Marathon Clothing in South Los Angeles on March 31, 2019, keeps having his murder trial delayed.

For a while, it was because of COVID.

But now Holder is taking matters into his own hands.  He refused to leave his cell to attend a pre-trial hearing yesterday.  In addition, his case has a new judge, and he has a new lawyer.

Add it all up, and it will now be at least three months before the trial can begin.

Holder, who faces life in prison, has pleaded "not guilty."  He's being held on $2.5 million bail -- which is down from the $6.5 million he was originally on.
