A lot of people have Tupac Shakur on their top five rappers list, and others have said while they love him as an artist and activist, there are people who are better lyricists.
E-40 has Pac on his top five list, and the Practice Makes Paper rapper said anyone who doesn't have the late rapper in their top five is nothing but a hater. [Jump to 4:06 mark].
"Some of these people just don't understand all the stuff he did," said E-40 on VladTV. "The GOAT. Period. If you don't put him in [your top 5] you just a straight up hater with a voltage regulator."
