Birdman openly admits he doesn't pay people unless he's forced to.

"Birdman, people talk sh*t about him, they don't get their publishing, this or that.  I get mine.  My lawyer is straight.  My business straight. N*gga, handle your business better.  N*gga want to sh*t on n*ggas when n*gga should sh*t on themselves.   Get your business straight," Drumma Boy explained.
