Chino, who was the first signed artist on Meek Mill's Dreamchasers label, has just been shot in the head in Baltimore, Maryland.

According to Karen Civil, another car pulled up besides Chino this morning at about 10:45 and began firing.

The Baltimore Sun says that although Chino was hit he was able to get out of the car and run to safety.

While his injuries are serious, they are not considered life threatening.

In addition to being a rapper, Pachino "Chino" Braxton was well-known in the Baltimore's illegal dirtbike scene. The 20-year old had recently signed an endorsement deal with Monster.

In his last Instagram post before the shooting, he showed off a Rolex.
