Drake is suing his label, Universal, for defamation, harassment, and violation of general business law by using bots to inflate the streams of Kendrick Lamar's Drake diss, "Not Like Us."
Drake alleges that UMG favored Kendrick in their beef to knock him down a peg before negotiating his next contract.
If Drake wins, it will cost UMG a lot of money.
For now, the suit is inflating both their bottom lines.
Yesterday, Drake had his biggest streaming day on Spotify in four months as the Internet buzzed about his lawsuit.
