Drake's 'More Life' May Not Be An Apple Exclusive

by HHL Editors

Drake seems torn on whether to release More Life as an Apple exclusive.

Earlier this week it was reported the "playlist" would be exclusive to Apple for two weeks -- which would be similar to what happened with Views.

But Hits Daily Double is now reporting Team Drake is calling an audible right before kickoff (the project is set to drop Saturday), and More Life will be available on all streaming services. It may only be available as a stream for a period of time.

The change of heart could be a nod to More Life's status as a playlist, rather than an album.

It could also have to do with pressure from Young Money's parent group Universal, which has come out against streaming exclusives, and has tried to keep their artists from doing them.

Hits Daily Double projects More Life should do about 400K first week if it's only released for streaming.
