Drake Is Working On A New Mixtape

Drake's Summer Sixteen tour rolled into Kansas City last night

During the show, Drizzy made a big announcement about an upcoming mixtape.

"What I saw tonight was a beautiful building of beautiful people from all races and all places," he told the crowd towards the end of the show. "I want you to protect yourselves and each other so that when I go and work on this new mixtape and come back to Kansas City and I drop that shit, I wanna see everybody in this motherfucker, boy!"

It's possible Drake is speaking about his Gucci Mane joint project, which has been confirmed. However, the project's producer Zaytoven has described it as an EP, not a mixtape.

So we may be getting a lot of new music from Drizzy soon.
