But what about his Young Money artists like Drake?

There had been rumors that Drake fulfilled his Cash Money deal with the "playlist" More Life.

The illest piece of the Drake album dropping in DEC is his Cash Money deal will be over... whoa!

It's now safe to say that wasn't the case.

 

But it may now be the case. Drake addressed his label situation on the Scorpion cut "Is There More."

“Yeah, soon as this album drop I’m out of the deal/In the house playin’ D’Angelo, ‘How Does It Feel?‘”

What's next is unclear. He could be going to Cash Money's parent company Universal with Lil Wayne. Or he could be headed to Warner Bros, where OVO is distributed. Or maybe right to Apple, who have already thrown him a ton of money.
