Report: Drake Pauses Attack On Kendrick Lamar after Shooting

OVO-friendly media figures DJ Akadamiks and Mal have each suggested that Drake had planned to drop a new Kendrick diss track tonight.

However, Drake decided to delay the release after a security guard was shot in front of his Toronto mansion early this morning and remains in critical condition.

While some have tied the shooting to the Drake-Kendrick beef, it's more likely to be linked to the Toronto-born rivalry between Drake and The Weeknd, whom Drake has also been beefing with

Last week,  a security guard was shot several times outside the Los Angeles-area home of The Weeknd's manager, Cash XO.

Should Drake eventually drop the new Kendrick diss, or is it time to call a wrap on all of this?
