The BET Awards are, surprisingly, not COVID canceled.

In fact, they are being broadcast for the first time on CBS, June 28th.

"Using an array of innovative techniques and artist-generated content, the show will continue, allowing the audience to join in a celebration of black love, joy, pride and power with an all-star lineup," BET explains.

As for the nominees ...

Drake leads the pack with six nods. Megan Thee Stallion and Roddy Ricch have five each. Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Lizzo, DaBaby, and Brown have four.

There will be no BET Experience weekend this time around, thanks to the Rona.  Here are all the musical nominees.
