He has homes in Los Angeles and the Houston area, and it appears he has become a resident of Texas.

Drake has long been associated with the Prince family, who run the rap game in Houston.

There has been talk that the Canadian ban Drake has on Kendrick Lamar and his associates also applies to Houston, but so far we have no real evidence of that.
