Now We Know How Drake Managed to Own a $100 Million-Plus Jet

Last week, we learned that Drake was the proud owner of a 767 jet, which usually retails at more than $100 million.

“No rental, no timeshare, no co-owners,” Drake claimed of the big bird.

Given that Drake's entire net worth is around $140 million, a plane like that isn't a very financially prudent purchase.

Since then, we've learned the Drake got the plane through a promotional partnership with Cargojet, and likely paid a lot less than $100 million for it.

“Supporting home grown businesses has always been a top priority of mine,” Drake explained. “So when an opportunity came up to get involved with Cargojet, a great Canadian company I was honored to do so.”
