Drake Didn't Submit 'More Life' (Or Anything) For Grammy Consideration

by HHL Editors

Drake has won three Grammy Awards, including Best Rap Album in 2013 for Take Care.

But he won't be adding to that total in 2018.

Drake didn't submit his 2017 "playlist" More Life or any of his other music for Grammy consideration.

Drake hasn't commented on why he didn't, but there are a few possibilities.

He may not have thought his output this year was award-worthy. He may agree with Kanye West and Frank Ocean that the Grammy Awards don't do a good job of representing black artists. (He's already said he doesn't think they represent the youth.)

Finally, Drizzy may just be salty about the 32 times he was nominated but didn't win.

This year's Grammy's will be held January 28th at NYC's Madison Square Garden.
