In "When To Say When" he says this about Sophie Brussaux, the mother of his formally secret son.

Some folks are interpreting that as Drake saying Brussaux, a forty-something sex worker, isn't of the same quality as the other women he brings home.  Others are saying just calling your baby mama a fluke for any reason is disrespectful.

Drake is rude as hell. You slept with one (of many) women with no condom, she gets pregnant, has the baby, keeps it a secret for you, takes the embarrassment when Pusha revealed it, has never said anything bad about you...and she’s a fluke?! He needs to be slapped!
