But he won't be for the first half of 2017, thanks to Kendrick Lamar and his hit album DAMN.
If Drake has any bitterness about being surpassed in sales by his more critically acclaimed rival he isn't showing it.
In fact, he was downright gracious when DAMN.'s continued success (and sales superiority to More Life) was pointed out on Instagram.
