Last week at Coachella, Madonna was Drake's surprise guest. This week it was his Young Money sis Nicki Minaj.
We all know what happened last week. Madonna, who has a thing for the Canadian, tongue raped young Drizzy and left him a broken man.
There would be no such shenanigans with Nicki, even though Drake has pined for her in the past. When Minaj got up on stage Drake called her the love of his life. But then he also congratulated her on what we assume was her engagement to Meek Mill. And when they shared a friendly hug, the crowd could see the enormous ring Meek bought for her.
Next, Drake made it even more explicit. "You know when that girl you had a crush on and shit start being with somebody else, you got to be like congratulation on that shit, you know," he told the crowd.
Obviously, the crowd expected Nicki to perform with Drake. But she didn't, which apparently left some fans feeling ripped off.

Oh well. At least Drake was able to get his ever-important feelings off of his chest.
