Donald Trump Blasts Snoop Dogg For Shooting Him In Video

by Daryl Nelson

Donald Trump has responded to Snoop Dogg's 'Lavender' video. If you haven't seen it yet, the rapper points a gun and fake shoots a man dressed up like Trump in the head.

Since the video was released, people like Ice-T, Naughty by Nature's Treach and Senator Marco Rubio weighed in. In fact, Rubio blasted Snoop's video and Trump did the same.

In a tweet, the President said the rapper's career wasn't flourishing anymore, and if he would've made a video about Barack Obama being shot, the backlash would've been more severe.

Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!

Meanwhile, Trump's lawyer said he wants Snoop to issue a public apology.

"It's totally disgraceful," said Michael Cohen. "There's absolutely nothing funny about an assassination attempt on the President ... I'm not really sure I understand the artistic value having someone dressed up as Trump and firing a weapon at him."
Snoop has yet to comment about all of this, but he probably will soon.

Twitter has obviously weighed in:

45 is upset over Snoop Dogg's video? Remember he suggested "2nd Amendment people" gun down HRC during NC rally in August? Cry me a river.

It doesn't matter if you support Trump or not, Snoop Dogg making a video depicting our Presidents assassination is completely reprehensible.
