Don Q got busted last Thursday in New York City for possessing weed and a 22 caliber Beretta.
The cops found a "personal amount" of pot in his underwear during a strip search conducted after a traffic stop. The gun is the much bigger deal, given NYC's strict gun laws. The Bronx rapper has been charged with felony possession of a .22 caliber Beretta and unlawful possession of a bag of weed.
Q was met with by a crowd of supporters, including his good buddy A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, when he was released with no bail on Friday. He'll be back in court in February.
Q's lawyer Stacey Richman told TMZ that the cops had no reason to pull Q and his friends over, and no reason to conduct the search.
Q referred to the arrest as "some bullshit."
