DMX Dismisses Lloyd Banks' Entire Career and Existence

DMX got together today with Fat Man Scoop on Instagram Live and made it clear he doesn't think Lloyd Banks is lyrical or any good.

Scoop, of course, brought up the Verzuz battle DMX wants to have with JAY-z

"I'm not worried about anyone, my catalog crazy," X said. "I ain't never lost a battle," he added after Scoop brought up the notorious poolhall battle he had with Hov.

A bit after that Scoop listed his top 50 emcees lyrically

He threw out names like Nas, Rakim, Slick Rick, Big Daddy Kane, KRS, Fabolous, Big L, Eminem and Lil Wayne.

In the middle of all that, he dropped the name Lloyd Banks.  DMX stopped him in his tracks

"Lloyd Banks? Lyrical?" X wondered, incredulously.

"Lloyd Banks of course," Scoop shot back.  "He had some of the illest lines ever."

"Quote four bars. Impress me with four bars of his," X shot back.  "It shouldn't be hard.  Four bars ... give me two."

Scoop couldn't.
